Hidden Creek Estate Pricing
A lifetime of memories cannot be created in 4-5 hours like other venues allow. How can this be your special day when you only get a very small amount of time to enjoy it?
Our philosophy at Hidden Creek Estate is to prevent you from doing two things:
- Don't break the bank.
- Don't run down the aisle.
We know how important it is to take your time to enjoy your big day and to get through it without feeling rushed. When you book our venue, you get it for the whole weekend, NOT just for Saturday afternoon. We allow you to start decorating the day before your wedding, hold your rehearsal, and use the party barn to host a rehearsal dinner if you wish. On your wedding day, you have ALL day to finish decorating and the bridal lounge is there for your use the entire time. If the party runs late, there is no pressure and no problem - you can finish taking down the decorations the following day.
Our venue belongs exclusively to you for three whole days, for just $1,200.
Take your time and enjoy the entire event with your family and friends without having to rush to get finished like most venues require you to do!
We also encourage couples to take photos as many times as you wish as our many gardens come to life. We have thousands of daffodils, azaleas, roses, narcissus, bearded iris, day lilies, and many more beautiful areas like our bridge, pond, fountain, and magnificent Amish gazebo to fill a scrapbook with your beautiful memories.
For your convenience, we provide a list of vendors who have worked with us at previous weddings and displayed professional services at reasonable prices. We will happily assist you in locating DJs, caterers, bakeries, horse-drawn carriages and whatever else you need to make your day memorable while keeping it affordable. You are free to choose whichever vendors you wish to work with and we do not accept kickbacks from the vendors we recommend.
We do allow alcohol use with prior written permission from HCE and a security guard which we provide for a nominal fee.
Sample Costs for Extras
Table set - includes 5' round table, 8 white wooden garden chairs, 120" white table cloth, contrasting bride's color square overlay table cloth: $29 per set. Setup and/or cleanup help is available for a nominal fee.
Horse-drawn carriage for 3 hours of rides: $650
Professional fireworks show: $600 and up
Parties of more than 150 guests are subject to a surcharge.
